The Ex-Members Association is made up of people who have at sometime in the past served in the 167th either as a boy or a member of staff and also of presently serving staff.

The association runs several events throughout the year to raise money for the company, this culminates every year on the last Friday of February, with the associations Dinner and AGM.

During the AGM a raffle is held to raise last minute funds, the association then informs the company of its donation for the year, this is usually around £400 before the AGM is concluded with the election of office bearers. Once the formal part of the evening is over, members of the association then turn to socialising, this is always a very enjoyable evening and is open to all ex-members of the 167th.
