It has always been tradition for the 167th Junior Section to take an annual holiday each year, with the venues for the last few years being as follows:
Some of the destinations above are links to photographs from that holiday.
If any ex-member reading this remembers any highlights from these or any previous holidays, please let us know.
As well as the annual holiday in the spring, we usually have a weekend stay in November at an Outdoor Centre such as Inversnaid Outdoor Centre (Glasgow Battalion), and more recently since the closure of Inversnaid, we have been going to the Lochgoilhead Centre which is a centre run by the Scout Association. This is to give boys who have never been away from home before, a chance to experience a BB holiday before deciding if they want to go on the main one. We also try to take the senior boys for an overnight canvas camp in the summer before they leave us to join the Company Section.
